Who we are
NOW Services is operated by Now Services, a company registered in South Africa under registration number 2026/622960/07. We built the platform around a problem that most South African households and small businesses know well: finding a reliable plumber, electrician, cleaner, painter or handyman usually comes down to word of mouth, and it is hard to know upfront who is available, what the work will cost, or whether the person arriving at your door has been checked at all.
Our answer is a single, well-organised marketplace. Customers can see who works in their area, what they charge and what previous customers had to say. Service providers get a professional channel to reach new work without spending money on advertising they cannot measure. Every booking, quote, message and payment runs through the platform, so both sides have a clear record of what was agreed.
NOW Services is a technology platform that connects customers with independent service providers. The providers listed on the platform run their own businesses and remain responsible for the work they carry out, while we are responsible for the standards, verification and dispute processes that govern how they trade on NOW Services.

For service providers
Any registered South African tradesperson or service business can apply to join. The application asks for your personal and business details, the services you offer, the areas you cover, supporting documents and your banking details for payouts.
Once our team has reviewed and approved your application, your profile goes live. You receive job requests and quote requests directly, agree the scope and price with the customer in the platform, and are paid out for completed work through our payout process.
Our commitment
Providers are reviewed and approved before they can accept work, and we keep an ongoing record of ratings and reviews from real completed jobs so quality stays visible.
Prices and fees are shown before you confirm a booking, payments are processed by established South African payment providers, and personal information is handled in line with POPIA. If something goes wrong, our support and dispute process gives you a place to raise it.
